Dear Fiddlestix Ceilidh Band,
We just wanted to write and say thank you so much for playing at our wedding in
June. The Ceilidh was absolutely fantastic - everyone had so much fun and really
got involved. Its quite strange seeing your boss dancing with your aunty and
your husband's grandma dancing with your brother-in-law!!
The disco was also spot on and you worked really well around the space that we
had in the marquee. The whole band were really good fun! It really made our day
very special so thanks very much.

Dear Fiddlestix,
I wanted to say a BIG Thank you to you all for
Saturday night. Everyone really enjoyed themselves (even the people who
didn't think that it was "their thing"). I cannot list all the positive
comments, but the music was great and so many people commented on how
fantastic Betty's voice was. Thank you so much for being so accommodating
with Thomas (Cello) and Joseph (Recorder): they had a great time and thank you
for being so accommodating about the fact that the food was late, so people
were still eating when they should have been dancing!
The whole thing was great and we will just have
to think of an excuse to have another party!!

Wedding in Suffolk
Dear Fiddlestix,
We just wanted to thank you for Saturday night's ceilidh. The music was
wonderful, the calling fantastic, and a great time was had by all. Although a
few of our friends were a bit nervous at first, everyone was soon involved and
having a ball. It will be remembered fondly by us all for many, many years. I
just wish we had a good excuse to organise another one!

only writing to you now.
I just wanted to
say a huge thank you to you and the rest of the band for the wonderful evening
you gave us all at our wedding reception in Puttenham on 2 June. I was a
little skeptical of having a ceilidh at my wedding, but my wife really wanted
one and, as is often the case!, she was right! We all really enjoyed it and we
have had many comments from our guests to say that they thought you were
excellent.
We are
particularly grateful for your flexibility in waiting to get started and then
mixing the ceilidh with more contemporary disco music, judging everyone's mood
to perfection.

We would like to book the band for another ceilidh in - wait for it - 2006!! ,
but it is Burns night so I thought we would get in early. I think Burns night
is on Jan 23rd(?) so we would want the nearest Saturday to that - whatever
